We were three months into our campaign and Brian’s Save Me campaign was about to be launched a few days later after our meeting. We saw Save Me on Brian’s laptop before it hit the public domain and we both discussed our individual campaigns and  shared the same goal- to protect the ban on hunting wild mammals with dogs for sport.

Since last April we have become good friends and often share our thoughts and views on the issue of repeal .  Brian very kindly spoke as a Speaker at our first Parliamentary Breakfast Briefing   co hosted with The League Against Cruel Sports. It was held in the House Of Commons in December 2010 and was attended by six anti hunting Conservative MPs. Robbie Marsden,  the UK Director of IFAW,  The International Fund For Animal Welfare also  spoke at the event along with Douglas Batchelor, the CEO of The League Against Cruel Sports.
